As a Florida native, Jordan Feria is familiar with all of what Northeast Florida has to offer. Extremely outgoing, Jordan has the drive to succeed in all aspects of her life.

Jordan entered into real estate after she decided to expand her love for helping others achieve their goals. Because of her passion for renovating and decorating, she can help others to see the potential in every home. A local hometown mother of three, Jordan also loves to spend time and go boating with her family.

Originally from Northern California, Ashley Huntington relocated to Jacksonville in 2017 to launch her real estate career. Having embarked on her real estate journey three years ago as an assistant to The Feria Team at Keller Williams St. Johns, Paige gained invaluable experience and insight into the legalities and timelines associated with contracts. Her organizational skills, goal-oriented mindset, and ability to foster strong relationships with all parties involved are key strengths that she brings to each transaction. Her passion for helping clients achieve their dream of homeownership inspired her to pursue her Real Estate License, where she prioritizes open communication and personalized support throught the enture home-buying process.

Beyond her client commitments, Paige is devoted to continuous education and professional growth. She stays current with market trends and industry advancements, ensuring she provides her clients with the highest level of service and expertise.

Outside of real estate, Paige treasures spending time with her family and friends, movie nights-in, and doing home projects. She enjoys the outdoors, often traveling to new campgrounds all across Florida. When Paige isn’t traveling or helping clients, she can be found at her desk putting pen to paper. She finds her creativity to be an outlet away from the everyday hustle.
